For the beginner, Trapalanda emphasizes "learn to do by doing".
With hands on, we strive to teach each and every student from the "ground up", right from halting a horse to tacking up and mounting, focusing on safety for horse and rider.
All Trapalanda, school horses are quiet and easy going. They have taught many students to ride confidently and safely. Both English and Western lessons are offered by our coaches who have many years of experience in the horse world.
For the advanced, Trapalanda helps hunter/jumper riders pursue and achieve their goals through quality instruction and team support.
Many of our advanced riders started here and have been with us all the way!

Trapalanda students regularly attend various local schooling shows and the more advanced move onto the Trillium and "A" circuits.
Leasing and Part-boarding
For the students who wish to practice and improve their skills we offer the part boarding package which includes regular lessons.
The more competitive students often chose this option as
it allows them the chance to have a more advanced horse to show without all the
extra hassles of owning a horse.
